How do Hydro-Stars actually work?

Our patches are made of 100% hydrocolloid, a material that is clinically proven to absorb fluid and help reduce inflammation. They shield your spots from outside bacteria and prevent you from picking, which helps them heal faster.

When is the best time to wear a patch?

For the best results, apply a patch to clean, dry skin. We recommend wearing them for at least 6 hours or overnight. You'll know it's working when the translucent center turns opaque white.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $35 within the United States.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our support team.

Are Starface products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are proud to be 100% vegan and Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals.
